Otome Title Even if Tempest Leaves Switch Exclusivity for PC via Steam

Voltage’s otome visual novel Even if Tempest is expanding beyond Nintendo Switch, with a Steam page confirming the title is heading to PC. According to Siliconera, the store listing is already live, though no release date has been revealed yet.

The move ends the game’s status as a Switch exclusive, giving PC players their first chance to experience the AmuLit-brand story without owning Nintendo’s console. The base game, its fan-disc sequel, and accompanying soundtracks are already sold worldwide on other platforms, Siliconera notes.

A Second Chance Story Wrapped in Witch Trials

Even if Tempest follows Anastasia, a woman executed after being wrongly accused of witchcraft. Rather than ending there, she is revived and time is rewound, giving her the opportunity to relive events and uncover the truth behind the accusations.

Players guide Anastasia through repeated investigations and witch trials in search of the real culprit, all while building relationships with several love interests. Siliconera lists Prince Lucian, Crius, Tyril, and Zenn as the game’s central romance options.

What We Know About the Steam Version So Far

Details on the PC release remain limited since the Steam listing only recently went live, according to Siliconera. The page confirms controller support and Steam Family Sharing compatibility, but no achievements have been mentioned yet.

Text localization will cover English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, though no voiced audio option has been noted. It’s also currently unclear whether the game will carry official Steam Deck verification or compatibility.

Part of a Bigger Push from Voltage

Even if Tempest originally launched on Switch in English back in 2022 as the first entry in Voltage’s AmuLit otome line. A follow-up fan-disc sequel, Even if Tempest: Dawning Connections, arrived a year later in 2023.

Siliconera also reports that Voltage has another Switch title, Sins of Kaleido, scheduled for release in July 2026, suggesting the publisher continues to invest actively in the otome genre across platforms.

For now, fans eager to play Even if Tempest on PC will need to keep an eye on the Steam page for further updates, as Voltage has yet to confirm exactly when the port will launch.
