ShaneTheGamer (STG) is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we correct it quickly and transparently. This page explains how our corrections and complaints process works.

Corrections

If an article contains a factual error, we will fix it as soon as it is verified. Where a correction materially changes the meaning of a story, we note that the article has been updated and what changed, so readers are never misled about the record.

How to report an error

Spotted a mistake — a wrong date, name, figure, or a broken claim? Email us via our Contact page with the article link and the specific issue. The more precise you are, the faster we can act.

Complaints

If you believe a piece breaches our Editorial Policy — for example on fairness, sourcing or undisclosed commercial influence — tell us. We review every complaint in good faith and respond. Serious or unresolved complaints are escalated to the editor.
