Amazon Prime Gaming: 12 Free PC Games to Claim and Keep in July 2026

Amazon Prime subscribers have a fresh batch of free PC games to grab this month, with 12 titles rolling out throughout July that players can keep permanently once claimed. According to Insider Gaming, the offerings are distributed through Amazon Luna, the company’s cloud gaming platform, and include everything from tactical RPGs to escape-room puzzlers.

What’s available now and what’s coming

Three games are already claimable as of this week, according to Insider Gaming: CyClones on GOG, LoneStar on Epic Games Store, and Symphony of War: The Nephilim Saga, also on Epic Games Store. Insider Gaming notes that Symphony of War stands out as the headline title of the batch, pointing to its generally favorable score on Metacritic.

The remaining nine games will unlock in stages across the rest of the month. Per the outlet’s rundown, July 9 brings Still There and Regular Factory: Escape Room, both via GOG. July 16 adds Poly Vita through Legacy Games, alongside the Framed Collection and Escape Academy on GOG and Epic Games Store respectively.

July 23 is set to deliver In Sound Mind through the Amazon Games App and Mystic Academy: Escape Room on GOG, while the month wraps up on July 30 with Weakless and Zoria: Age of Shattering, both distributed via GOG, according to Insider Gaming’s list.

How to claim the games

Insider Gaming explains that Prime members simply need to log into the Amazon Luna website to grab their free titles. Once claimed, users receive a redemption code for whichever storefront the game is tied to, whether that’s GOG, Epic Games Store, or the Amazon Games App.

As the outlet notes, all games in this rotating library are for PC only. Crucially, once a code is redeemed, the game belongs to the player permanently, even if their Prime subscription is later cancelled, a key distinction from subscription-based libraries like Xbox Game Pass or PlayStation Plus.

What is Amazon Luna?

According to Insider Gaming, Amazon Luna is the company’s browser-based cloud gaming service that lets subscribers stream titles without downloads. While a selection of games comes bundled with a standard Prime subscription, Amazon also offers a Luna Premium tier priced at $10 per month for access to a larger catalogue.

The monthly free games program, formerly branded as Prime Gaming, continues to serve as one of the more tangible perks bundled into an Amazon Prime membership. With titles spanning strategy, horror, and puzzle genres this month, there’s a reasonably broad spread for PC players browsing their Prime benefits in July.
