Good Smile Reveals New Estelle Bright and Cafe Miku Nendoroid Figures at AX 2026

Good Smile Company used the opening of Anime Expo 2026 to share fresh updates on two upcoming Nendoroid figures: a new version of Estelle Bright from The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter, and a brand-new Hatsune Miku design dressed as a modern cafe waitress. As Siliconera reports, both figures are at different stages of development, and neither has a confirmed release date yet.

Estelle Bright gets a painted prototype reveal

The Estelle Bright Nendoroid, officially titled “The 1st Version,” appears to be furthest along in production. According to Siliconera, Good Smile Company revealed a painted prototype of the figure on social media, showing Estelle in her updated outfit from the remake of the first chapter, complete with her signature staff as an included accessory.

This new figure follows an earlier Estelle Nendoroid that Good Smile Company released back in 2012 alongside a companion figure of Renne. Since the new version has already reached the painted prototype stage, Siliconera suggests pre-orders could open within the coming weeks, potentially pointing to an early 2027 release window.

Modern Cafe Hatsune Miku still in early concept stage

The second figure shared at Anime Expo 2026 is a new take on Hatsune Miku, depicted in a “Wa Modern Cafe” waitress uniform. Unlike Estelle’s reveal, this figure is only represented through concept art at this point, indicating it is much earlier in its development cycle.

Siliconera notes that fans likely won’t see unpainted or painted prototypes of the cafe-themed Miku Nendoroid until later events in 2026 or possibly early 2027. Good Smile Company has not provided further specifics on pricing or release timing for either figure.

Trails in the Sky’s 2nd Chapter arrives this September

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is currently available on Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and PC. Its sequel, the 2nd Chapter, is set to launch across all four platforms on September 17, 2026, giving fans of the long-running RPG series plenty to look forward to alongside the new merchandise.
