Eight teams have qualified for the PUBG Mobile event at the 20th Asian Games Esports Events in Japan, emerging from the 2026 Asian Games Esports Qualifiers: PUBG Mobile Asian Games Version. The Qualifiers concluded on 23 June 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with Indonesia, Jordan, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, Uzbekistan and Vietnam securing the eight available slots after a Group Stage and Qualifiers Finals.
The eight qualified sides will join four teams that booked their places directly, setting up a 12-team field for the next stage in Japan.
The Eight Teams That Qualified Through the Finals
A field of 23 teams from across Asia competed for the eight slots, with several established PUBG Mobile Esports professionals among them. The eight that advanced through the Group Stage and Qualifiers Finals are listed below.

Pakistan finished top of the Qualifier Finals leaderboard, with Indonesia second and Vietnam third. The remaining qualified teams were not given individual leaderboard positions.

The eight qualifiers will be joined by four teams that advanced without going through the 2026 Qualifiers. Three earned their places as the top finishers at the 19th Asian Games in 2022, and Japan qualified as the host region.

What the Finals Will Look Like
