A New Anthem for Game Changers
Riot Games is turning up the volume for this year’s VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025 with a major musical collaboration. The global girl group KATSEYE has teamed up with VALORANT to create a new version of their hit track M.I.A., which will serve as the official anthem for this year’s championship.

The cinematic and anthem are set to premiere on November 11 at 6 AM PT, featuring an all-new rendition of M.I.A. titled the VALORANT Game Changers Version. Fans can already pre-save the track on Spotify or Apple Music ahead of its full release.
KATSEYE x VALORANT: A Global Power Collaboration
Consisting of Daniela, Lara, Manon, Megan, Sophia, and Yoonchae, KATSEYE was formed through the 2023 global reality series Dream Academy. The six-member group, representing diverse nationalities including the Philippines, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United States, debuted in June 2024 with Debut, followed by their breakthrough hit Touch.
Known for their energetic sound and global message of representation, KATSEYE’s involvement brings a fresh pop edge to VALORANT’s biggest women’s esports event of the year. The partnership marks the first official collaboration between the girl group and Riot’s tactical shooter, though fans had already speculated about a possible crossover earlier this year.
Sneak Peeks and Community Buzz
Ahead of the release, VALORANT teased the cinematic with the tagline “Feel the pressure, they’re go-getters,” alongside a short video featuring the group performing M.I.A. in official Game Changers Championship 2025 merchandise. Fans also spotted VALORANT’s lovable mascot Wingman making a cameo appearance in the teaser.
A one-minute preview of the new version has already been uploaded to KATSEYE’s social channels and YouTube, giving listeners a taste of what’s to come. The clip has quickly generated excitement across both the gaming and music communities.

The crossover has been particularly celebrated by Game Changers fans, especially after KATSEYE member Megan Skiendiel previously revealed that she mains Sage in VALORANT.
Game Changers 2025: The Biggest Stage Yet
The VALORANT Game Changers Championship 2025 will take place from November 20 to 30 at Seoul’s LoL Park. Ten of the top women’s teams from around the world will compete in a double-elimination bracket for the title, including powerhouse organisations like G2 Esports and Shopify Rebellion Gold.
Created by Riot Games to empower women and marginalised genders in esports, Game Changers has become a vital part of the VALORANT competitive scene. Beyond the matches, fans can also look forward to exclusive Game Changers merchandise, in-game drops for viewers, and a special showmatch to celebrate the occasion.
A Musical Legacy Continues
This marks the first time since 2022 that VALORANT’s Game Changers Championship will feature a full cinematic accompanied by a dedicated anthem. The last major anthem, ALL EYES ON ME by Jean Deaux and Whipped Cream, set the tone for Game Changers 2022. In 2023 and 2024, Riot opted for hype films with music from Karel Psota and Yonaka, respectively.
With KATSEYE’s M.I.A. (VALORANT Game Changers Version), Riot is reigniting that tradition, combining music, storytelling, and competitive spirit into one global moment.
As the cinematic premieres, fans can expect not only a visual spectacle but also a powerful statement about inclusivity and creativity in esports.
