Atari Hotels has officially partnered with Streamer of the Year Adapt to launch PixelHeart, a new philanthropic initiative supporting Phoenix Children’s. The collaboration blends gaming, sport, and community outreach ahead of the planned opening of the first Atari Hotel in Phoenix in late 2026.
The announcement positions PixelHeart as the first major activation under the Atari Hotels creator program, with Adapt confirmed as the venue’s inaugural creator partner.
What PixelHeart Is And How It Will Work
According to the official release, key components include immersive sports and gaming experiences hosted by Adapt for patients at Phoenix Children’s. There will also be a customised Atari-themed Airbnb made available to families of patients, plus exclusive meet-and-greets and giveaways for local Phoenix kids and families.
The first activation will see Atari Hotels host a fan meet-and-greet with Adapt at the Monorchid building on Roosevelt Row. All funds raised during that event will go directly to Phoenix Children’s.
Adapt, who won Streamer of the Year at The Streamer Awards in 2025 and boasts more than 10 million followers across platforms, said gaming and basketball were central to his upbringing in Phoenix. Through PixelHeart, he aims to bring that same sense of connection to patients and families facing difficult moments.
The Creator Program Behind The Initiative
The PixelHeart partnership also lays the foundation for the wider creator strategy at Atari Hotels.
The company confirmed plans for an Atari Hotel Residency Program, modelled after traditional concert residencies. Selected creators will be given a dedicated penthouse suite to create content, host activations, and engage directly with fans.
Adapt, known for his longstanding role with FaZe Clan, built his YouTube channel to more than 5.9 million subscribers and 1.3 billion views before expanding to Twitch in 2024, where he quickly surpassed 1.4 million followers. His 2025 Streamer of the Year win solidified his position as one of the fastest-rising names in live digital entertainment.

Rather than debuting the residency concept with a commercial campaign, Atari Hotels chose to anchor its first creator partnership in community support.
The Personal Story Driving The Partnership
Intersection Development, the development firm behind the Phoenix Atari Hotel, also has a personal connection to the cause.
Jordan Taylor, Partner at Intersection Development and head of Atari Hotels, shared that his daughter underwent open-heart surgery at Phoenix Children’s at the age of two and has since lived a healthy life. He described PixelHeart as a way to give back to families navigating similar hospital experiences, offering moments of joy and connection when they are needed most.
What We Know About The Atari Hotel Project
Atari remains globally recognised for franchises including Pong, Asteroids, Centipede, Missile Command, and RollerCoaster Tycoon. Atari Hotels operates as an independent licensee of Atari Interactive, Inc., and is not affiliated with any ownership stake in the core Atari company.
More information about PixelHeart and future creator activations is expected to roll out via Atari Hotels’ official website and social channels in the coming weeks, as the Phoenix project continues to build momentum well before construction begins.
