This marks the first time Stage 5 of COD: Mobile esports will be held in Europe. Last year’s World Championship took place in Atlanta, Georgia, where Elevate claimed the crown. Now, Katowice’s famous Spodek Arena, already a legendary venue thanks to years of hosting Counter-Strike’s Intel Extreme Masters, will be the battleground.

The competing teams haven’t been locked in yet. Regional finals and qualifiers are still underway across North America, Europe, LATAM, India, Japan, and Africa, with each region fighting for a spot at the year’s biggest mobile esports event.
Call of Duty: Mobile has been a powerhouse since launching in October 2019, pulling in around 30 million daily active players according to ActivePlayer.io. While it hasn’t quite matched the viewership highs of its PC and console siblings, it’s carved out its own loyal and competitive community.
Whether you’re a long-time CODM fan or just curious to see how mobile shooters play out on the world stage, the 2025 Finals in Katowice are shaping up to be a can’t-miss weekend.
