G2 Esports Teams Up with Logitech G for G PLAY 2025, Featuring Women in Esports

Logitech G is bringing back its flagship event with G2 Esports on board for G PLAY 2025. Taking place on 17 September at 6:45 p.m. CEST, the showcase will mix new product announcements with a panel featuring some of the biggest female names in competitive gaming.

After the main keynote, streamed on the Logitech G YouTube channel, G2 will host a live discussion from its Berlin headquarters. The line-up includes G2 Gozen VALORANT players Michaela “mimi” Lintrup and Petra Stoker, content creator Athena “Kitty” Jiang, and on-air talent Laure Valée. G2’s ChelseaBytes will moderate the panel, which will also include a Q&A session with the live audience.

The conversation will cover career highlights, challenges that women still face in the industry, and ways to build a more inclusive environment in esports. Fans can tune in via Lintrup’s Twitch channel to watch the discussion unfold.

G PLAY 2025 isn’t just about diversity though. Logitech will also showcase its latest hardware, designs, and innovations under the theme “Breakthrough Moments.” The company has used the annual event to highlight new gear for sim racing, console gaming, and PC peripherals, while also celebrating the wider gaming community.

For G2 Esports, the event is another chance to highlight its Gozen roster and show its commitment to representation in esports. The organisation has also been on a competitive high this year, with major results in VALORANT, League of Legends, and Counter-Strike 2.

Logitech G PLAY 2025 will be streamed globally on YouTube, while G2’s women in esports panel will run live on mimimimichaela’s Twitch.
