Epic Games has announced its latest Fortnite collaboration, teaming up with Grammy-winning electronic duo Daft Punk. The Fortnite Daft Punk Experience goes live on September 27, 2025, at 2:00 pm ET (7:00 pm BST), promising fans an immersive, interactive playground celebrating the iconic music group.

The event features four main themed rooms. In the Dream Chamber Studios, players can remix Daft Punk tracks. The Robot Rock Arena lets players blast hordes of robots using a soundwave laser. Around the World gives fans the chance to create LEGO music videos, while Daft Club acts as a social space for dancing and chilling with friends. Epic Games has also teased an after-party, with details to be revealed closer to the event.

Ahead of the experience, Daft Punk-themed cosmetic bundles drop on September 25 at 8:00 pm ET. Similar to past Icon Series collaborations like Sabrina Carpenter, these bundles include outfits, pickaxes, back blings, and the option to purchase tracks like “Get Lucky” as Jam Tracks. Key bundles include:

  • GM08 Outfit and Accessories – GM08 Outfit, Gold Battery Back Bling, Get Lucky Emote, Daft Punk Wrap
  • TB3 Outfit and Accessories – TB3 Outfit, Silver Battery Back Bling, Around the World Emote, Daft Punk Future Wrap
  • Instruments and Jam Track – Double-Neck Guitar, Take Five Bass, “Get Lucky (feat. Pharrell Williams and Nile Rodgers)” Jam Track

The event also launches a selection of LEGO Fortnite Odyssey decor bundles, themed around Daft Punk’s music and aesthetic. Highlights include Bedroom Faster Stronger, Robot Rock Rig, and Pyramid Lights bundles, allowing players to deck out their in-game spaces with iconic touches.

Unlike previous music collaborations in Fortnite, this experience leans into nostalgia. Following in the footsteps of Gorillaz’s recent Fortnite Festival appearance, the Daft Punk collaboration targets older players, from millennials to older Gen Z, celebrating hits from the 2000s and 2010s rather than promoting new material. While fans may hope for a reunion, Daft Punk have confirmed this collaboration is purely a tribute to their legacy.

Players can access the Daft Punk Experience in Fortnite’s Discover area once it opens. With interactive gameplay, new cosmetics, and LEGO mashups, Epic Games is clearly aiming to deliver a unique way for fans to relive Daft Punk’s legendary sound and style.
