A Massive Start To The VCT 2026 Season
VALORANT fans are in for a huge start to the VCT 2026 calendar, with Riot Games confirming full ticket details for VALORANT Masters Santiago. The first global event of the new season will run from 28 February to 15 March, bringing together twelve of the world’s top teams as they fight for Championship Points and a crucial step toward Champions Shanghai.

The tournament takes over Espacio Riesco in Santiago, Chile, a venue expected to pack out with thousands of supporters ready for match days, live activities, and plenty of surprises.
Ticket Sales Open On 10 December
Fans will not have to wait long. Riot has confirmed that general ticket sales open on Wednesday, 10 December at 12pm CLST, or 7am PT, through PuntoTicket.
Tickets for all stages will be available globally, and there is a strict limit of four tickets per checkout. Anyone planning to use a VPN or private browsing tools should be careful, as the system may automatically flag suspicious activity as bot behaviour.

The Early Stage of Masters Santiago spans five weekday shows and five weekend shows, each with reserved seating and general admission options.

Zona de Comunidad
A newly revamped community area with activities, booths, and surprises available before, during, and after the show.
La Galería
Standing zones on both sides of the stage, offering the closest possible view of players during walkouts, matches, and championship celebrations.
El Foro
A fan-facing press area where you can watch player interviews and even try your luck for selfies or autographs.
Riot notes that Espacio Riesco’s capacity will exceed the amount of stage-side seating, but there will be plenty of room throughout the venue to enjoy matches comfortably with your group.

Venue Rules And Important Policies
Espacio Riesco will enforce several safety and conduct rules for all attendees.
Entry & Bag Policies
No re-entry is allowed.
Bags must fit under your seat and be no larger than 38cm x 38cm x 25cm.
Large luggage, strollers, prams, and oversized items are not permitted.
Food & Drink
Venue food and beverages will be available. Outside food is not allowed.
Age Restrictions
Anyone under 16 must attend with an adult aged 18 or older.
Prohibited Items
Laser pens, fireworks, bottles, large flags, poles, noisemakers, drones, laptops, and any object considered unsafe by local police or event security.
Signs and banners must be 60cm x 60cm or smaller, event-related, and not obstruct views.
Camera Policy
Professional cameras, tripods, monopods, flash, and any form of professional audio or video recording are banned unless approved by organisers. Unauthorized livestreaming is strictly prohibited.
Cosplay Rules
Cosplay is welcomed but comes with several restrictions to keep the event safe.
Costumes must:
• Leave your face clearly visible
• Fit within size limits (1.2m wide, 1.8m long, 2.4m tall)
• Allow you to sit without blocking others’ view
• Avoid sharp, metal, wooden, or heavy prop weapons
• Use only foam or light plastic replicas for prop firearms
• Avoid smoke, liquids, loud devices, or hazardous accessories
All final decisions rest with Riot, local police, and event security.
A Live Broadcast Event
Masters Santiago will be broadcast globally. Attending the event means you consent to your image being used for broadcast, marketing, or promotional purposes across Riot’s platforms.
