Team Falcons has officially entered the Trackmania scene, and it has done so in the biggest way possible. The Saudi Arabian esports organisation has announced the signing of Carl-Antoni “CarlJr” Cloutier, widely regarded as the greatest Trackmania player of all time.

The move marks Team Falcons’ first step into arcade racing esports, adding another high-profile title to its rapidly growing global portfolio.

The signing was unveiled on January 21, 2026, with Team Falcons confirming CarlJr as the first player on its Trackmania roster. The Canadian veteran is set to represent the organisation in major international tournaments throughout the year.

Trackmania’s growing presence on the global esports stage has made it an increasingly attractive title for top organisations. With its addition to the Esports World Cup 2026 line-up, Falcons’ decision to expand into the scene comes at a key moment for the game.

CarlJr’s Legacy In Competitive Trackmania

CarlJr brings an unmatched résumé to Team Falcons. Across a 16-year competitive career, he has won seven Trackmania world championships, cementing his status as the most dominant player the game has ever seen. His most recent title came at the Trackmania World Cup in November 2025, proving he is still competing at the highest level.

He is also the highest-earning Trackmania player in history, with around $167,000 in career prize money. CarlJr has already started the 2026 season strongly, securing victory at the NCSA DuoCup alongside North American player Neal Kamdar.

For Falcons, signing a proven champion instantly places the organisation among the favourites in any Trackmania event it enters.
