RBLZ Gaming have pulled off a huge signing ahead of the EA FC 26 season, securing Donovan “Tekkz” Hunt, one of the most decorated players in the scene.

The 24-year-old English pro has swapped Manchester City’s blue for RB Leipzig’s red and white, bringing with him a trophy cabinet that rivals just about anyone in competitive EA FC.

A Fresh Start in Leipzig

Tekkz has been at the top of the virtual football world since 2018, when he exploded onto the scene with The F2 and later picked up titles with Liverpool and Fnatic. He went on to lift the FIFA eClub World Cup in 2019, add multiple FUT Champions Cups to his name, and secure back-to-back ePremier League titles with Manchester City.

RBLZ announced the signing on social media, welcoming Tekkz to Leipzig for the 2025/26 campaign. The deal runs until 2026, meaning fans will be seeing him represent the Red Bulls for at least the next two seasons.

In his announcement comments, he made it clear that Leipzig’s vision for both competition and content played a huge role in his decision to sign. “Leipzig laid out a clear plan for me and it really excited me. At this point in my career, it’s the best possible step forward,” he said.

Despite the content push, Tekkz’s competitive fire hasn’t cooled. He finished in the top 8 at the recent FC Pro World Championship but fell just short of the ultimate prize. His new goal with RBLZ Gaming is simple: to finally lift that title.

“I know I can play much better. I need to close games more consistently when I’m leading,” he admitted. “That will make the difference between the top 8 and winning the tournament.”

With RBLZ already boasting talents like Levy “levyfinn” Rieck and Guilherme “GuiBarros” Barros, who famously knocked Tekkz out of Worlds this year, Leipzig are stacking their roster for a serious run at 2026 glory.
