The inaugural season of Marvel Rivals esports is about to hit its biggest stage yet, with the Marvel Rivals Ignite 2025 Grand Finals set to take place at DreamHack Atlanta. Hosted by ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), the event will crown the world’s first Marvel Rivals World Champions, with a massive $1 million USD prize pool on the line.

The action kicks off with the Group Stage from 27–29 October, followed by the Playoffs and Finals from 31 October to 2 November 2025, all happening at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

Format and Teams

Twelve elite rosters from across the globe have qualified for the finals, representing the AMER, EMEA, ASIA, OCE, and CN regions.

The group stage will feature two groups of six teams in a round-robin format, with the top eight advancing to the playoffs. From there, it’s double-elimination until the Grand Final on 2 November, where the first-ever Marvel Rivals World Champions will be decided.

While team line-ups are still to be finalised, the competition promises to be the most stacked Marvel Rivals event to date, following on from the successful Mid-Season Finals earlier this year.

Schedule Highlights

  • Group Stage: 27–29 October
  • Playoffs: 31 October–1 November
  • Grand Final: 2 November

Fans can expect non-stop action, with matches starting daily from midday local time in Atlanta. All games will also be streamed live on Marvel Rivals’ official Twitch and YouTube channels for those watching from home.

A Super Hero Esports Showdown

Marvel Rivals only launched in December 2024, but it has quickly carved out its place on the esports calendar. With the biggest prize pool in the game’s short history and global representation from every major region, the Ignite Grand Finals are shaping up to be a truly unmissable spectacle.

Whether you’re watching live in Atlanta or tuning in online, this is set to be the most epic Marvel Rivals showdown yet.
