A New Era Begins for the Panthers
FURIA has announced an entirely new VALORANT roster for the 2026 VCT season, bringing together experienced competitors, standout tier two rookies and a refreshed coaching staff. After a tough 2025 run, FURIA is calling this the perfect time to activate what it calls its next wave of “secret agents”.

In a bold reveal across social media, the organisation said, “2025 has been the year of the panther, now there’s just one piece left to fit. It’s time to activate our secret agents.” The announcement comes with a complete restructuring of the squad.
Meet FURIA’s VCT 2026 Lineup
The new roster mixes familiar names with players making their first appearance in tier one VALORANT. The full squad is as follows:
- Arthur ‘artzin’ Araujo, Sentinel
- Daniel ‘eeiu’ Vucenovic, Initiator
- GianFranco ‘koalanoob’ Potestio, Flex
- Michael ‘nerve’ Yerrow, IGL and Controller
- Torogul ‘alym’ Baidyldaev, Duelist
- Luiz ‘basic’ Tessaro, Sixth Player
Supporting them on the sidelines are:
- Ian ‘shaW’ Jardim, Head Coach
- Lucas ‘Kamino’ Kamino, Assistant Coach
Eeiu, artzin and koalanoob are well-established players in the VALORANT scene, having previously represented 100 Thieves, MIBR and NAVI. Artzin in particular made waves during VALORANT Champions Paris 2025 with his fearless playmaking and high-impact flash setups.
Meanwhile, nerve, alym and basic are gearing up for their first season at the highest level. Basic joins from 2Game Academy, while nerve and alym previously competed together under QoR Gaming during the North American Challengers circuit.
Both coaches are also making their tier one debut with FURIA. ShaW brings experience from his time coaching MIBR Fe and RED Canids, while Kamino arrives after serving as an Analyst for Team Liquid Brazil.
A Tough 2025 Season Forces Major Changes
Since joining the VALORANT scene in 2021, FURIA has struggled to keep up with the region’s strongest teams, including LOUD and KRÜ Esports. The past season proved especially difficult, as visa complications led to constant roster changes that disrupted team cohesion.
Across VCT Americas Kickoff, Stage 1 and Stage 2, FURIA won only one of its 13 matches, prompting the organisation to commit to a complete rebuild rather than minor adjustments.
The 2026 roster reflects that reset, focusing on emerging talent, a new strategic identity and a long-term vision for success.
First Test: Sentinels Invitational Off//Season Event
FURIA’s newest lineup won’t have to wait long before stepping onto the server. From 4 to 6 December, the team will compete at the Sentinels Invitational Off//Season event. They will face Shopify Rebellion Black, 100 Thieves and, naturally, the host organisation Sentinels.
The tournament will serve as the roster’s first opportunity to show how the pieces fit together before VCT 2026 officially begins.
A Fresh Shot at Regional Dominance
The panther-themed organisation has high hopes for its revamped squad. With a mix of proven veterans, promising newcomers and coaching staff entering the big stage for the first time, the 2026 roster gives FURIA a chance to reinvent its playstyle and make a statement in the Americas league.
If the rebuild pays off, FURIA could finally close the gap with its South American rivals and return to the global VALORANT spotlight.
