From quickfire cups to more structured Divisional tournaments, the lineup is jam-packed – and all of it feeds into the lead-up to the FNCS Global Championship in Lyon, France this September.
It’s not just high-level esports, it’s a proper community celebration.
New season, new rules
Epic’s shaking things up this year. Here are some of the biggest changes:
- Divisional Cups are now Duo-based, not squads.
- There are more divisions in regions like Europe and NA Central.
- The Reload Quick Cups are making their debut, offering exclusive skins and cash rewards.
- Solo Series tournaments are open to everyone on any platform – and the Finals will pay out real money.
So whether you’re teaming up with your best mate or going full lone wolf, there’s a format that’ll suit your style.

All roads lead to Lyon
Champions Road is more than just a side event. It’s the final lap before Fortnite’s big stage, the FNCS Global Championship 2025.
Taking place in Lyon, France on September 6–7, the event will see 33 elite trios duke it out across 12 high-stakes matches for a whopping $2 million prize pool.
Big names like Peterbot, Pollo, and Fredoxie have already locked in their spots, but Champions Road could be your shot at joining them, or at least getting a front-row seat to the action.
Why it matters
This isn’t just another tournament series. Champions Road 2025 is all about inclusion. There’s no need for pre-qualifiers, no gatekeeping, and no expensive buy-ins.
Just log in, compete, and have fun.
Whether you’re playing for the love of the game or chasing rare rewards, Champions Road is a great excuse to load up Fortnite and get stuck in.
