Fortnite has officially teased its long-rumoured Fortnite x Solo Leveling collab, confirming the crossover will arrive this week. After months of leaks and speculation, Epic’s own social posts have now all but locked it in.

The first teaser from Fortnite reads: “The weakest Hunter of all mankind. E-rank. No potential. No future…” A second post followed up with, “If you were given another path, would you accept?” Both lines directly reference the origin story of Sung Jin-Woo from Solo Leveling, making the crossover unmistakable.

Fortnite X Solo Leveling Release Date

While Epic has not confirmed an exact date, anime crossovers typically arrive alongside a Thursday or Friday Item Shop reset.

Earlier leaks first surfaced back in March 2025, with additional reports appearing again in January 2026. At the time, nothing was officially acknowledged. Now, with Fortnite’s verified X account posting direct references to the series, the collaboration is confirmed to be real.

Confirmed And Rumoured Solo Leveling Skins

Leaker AdiraFNInfo, who has previously shared accurate Fortnite cosmetic information, says the crossover will feature three skins.

The characters expected are:

  • Sung Jin-Woo
  • Cha Hae-In
  • Igris or Beru

Sung Jin-Woo and Cha Hae-In are widely considered locks. The third slot is reportedly either Igris or Beru, both fan-favourite shadow soldiers from Jin-Woo’s army. Adira noted that Igris is more likely, but stressed that this is still speculation until Epic reveals the final lineup.

As usual with Fortnite anime crossovers, skins are only part of the package.

Potential Pickaxes And Cosmetics

Solo Leveling offers no shortage of weapon inspiration, and several iconic blades could make the jump to Fortnite’s Item Shop.

Possible Pickaxes mentioned include:

  • Kasaka’s Venom Fang
  • Knight Killer
  • The Demon King’s Longsword

Each of these weapons ties directly to Sung Jin-Woo or Cha Hae-In during major arcs in the series, making them natural cosmetic additions. Back Blings, emotes, and possibly shadow-themed effects would also fit the aesthetic.

Nothing beyond the skins has been officially confirmed yet, but if history is anything to go by, more details will surface through leakers in the days leading up to launch.

Another Major Anime Crossover For Fortnite

Fortnite has steadily built one of the most stacked anime rosters in gaming, collaborating with major IP across multiple seasons. Solo Leveling was often mentioned as one of the biggest remaining names not yet in the game.

With the anime’s explosive popularity and Sung Jin-Woo becoming one of the most recognisable modern protagonists, this collab feels like a natural next step.

Epic’s teaser messaging strongly hints at Jin-Woo’s transformation arc, so expect his Shadow Monarch form to be front and centre.
