Ten years after we first stepped out of Vault 111 and into the post-apocalyptic ruins of Boston, Fallout 4 is back with its most complete edition yet. Bethesda Game Studios has officially released Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition, offering players the definitive experience packed with every expansion, major update, and a massive collection of new Creation Club content.
The Definitive Fallout 4 Experience
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition celebrates a decade since the game’s original 2015 launch by bundling together the base game, all six DLCs, and more than 150 curated items from the Creation Club. Players can expect fresh quests, weapons, outfits, and new ways to customise their settlements.
The Anniversary Edition includes the story expansions Far Harbor, Automatron, and Nuka-World, alongside the creative Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Wasteland Workshop add-ons. Whether you’re returning to the Commonwealth or setting foot in it for the first time, this version offers everything a wastelander could ask for.

New Creations and Add-Ons
The update brings a major refresh to Fallout 4’s mod ecosystem, introducing an in-game “Creations” menu for all players. Through this menu, fans can explore over 150 official add-ons, including nine brand-new items debuting with the Anniversary Edition and the new Creations Bundle.
Some of the standout new Creations include:
- Tale of the Beast Hunter – a new questline from Hobgoblin Studios featuring a deadly Deathclaw named Bessy, a unique outfit, and a revolving shotgun.
- Institute Plasma Weapons – experimental high-grade plasma weapons created by the mysterious Institute.
- Cyber Dog – a half-mechanical canine companion that can be customised and responds to over a hundred names.
- Bunker Home Pack – a set of new settlement options from Vault-Tec showcases to luxury bunkers.
- Sea Scavengers – a questline exploring the irradiated Glowing Sea, with new outfits and a 12.7mm submachine gun.
Other new additions include Brahmin Armor, Railroad’s Clandestine Couture, Repurposed Power Armor Helmets, and a collection of new Power Armor paint jobs.
For Returning Players
Players who already own Fallout 4 aren’t left behind. Bethesda has made it simple to upgrade:
- Owners of the standard edition can purchase the Anniversary Edition Upgrade, which includes all six expansions and the Creation Club content.
- Those who already have the Game of the Year Edition can grab just the new Creations Bundle, unlocking all 150+ items separately.
Meanwhile, the newly added Creations menu will roll out to every copy of Fallout 4, even for those who don’t upgrade, ensuring everyone can browse new and existing content directly in-game.
Free Bethesda-Themed Goodies
To celebrate the anniversary, Bethesda is also giving away a few nostalgic freebies for all players. These include:
- Morgan’s Space Suit from Prey
- DOOM Classic Marine Armor and BFG
- Quake Thunderbolt
- Fantasy Hero Set
These themed items will be available to claim for free via the Creations menu starting November 10.
A Decade of Fallout 4
Since its release in 2015, Fallout 4 has become one of Bethesda’s most beloved RPGs, known for its mix of storytelling, settlement-building, and freedom of exploration. Millions of players have spent years forging their own post-apocalyptic adventures, and the Anniversary Edition brings all of it together into one complete package.
Whether you’re rebuilding Sanctuary Hills, taking on the Institute, or diving into Far Harbor’s fog-drenched mysteries, there’s never been a better time to return to the Commonwealth.
