Evil Geniuses have officially unveiled their full VALORANT lineup for the 2026 VCT season, and the organisation is calling it their most ambitious rebuild yet. With the return of world champion Corbin “C0M” Lee and a mix of rising talent and proven veterans, EG are gearing up for what they hope will be a blockbuster year.
This year’s gonna be a movie.

A Fresh Start After a Rocky 2025 Season
Evil Geniuses spent much of 2025 struggling to find consistency. They kicked off the year with a seventh to eighth finish at the Americas Kickoff, then climbed to an impressive fourth place in VCT Americas Stage 1, nearly qualifying for Masters Toronto. Unfortunately, they were unable to maintain that form in Stage 2, sliding back down to another seventh to eighth finish.
After the season wrapped, the organisation made the decision to rebuild around their longest-standing member, Phat “supamen” Le, who has been a stable presence in the Controller role. With a fresh direction and renewed ambitions, EG began assembling a roster built to compete at international level.
C0M Returns to Lead the Squad
The biggest headline is the return of Corbin “C0M” Lee, a key figure in Evil Geniuses’ world championship win at VALORANT Champions 2023. After two years with Leviatán, where he helped the team win VCT Americas Stage 2 in 2024 and secure a top three finish at Champions 2024, C0M is back in blue and black.
This time, he will take over as the in-game leader, stepping into the role previously held by Nicholas “nitr0” Garrison. His leadership is expected to anchor the new roster as they attempt to climb back into international contention.
Reunited With Former Leviatán Teammate Okeanos
Joining C0M is another familiar face from Leviatán, Anthony “Okeanos” Nguyen. After spending years competing in North America’s tier two scene, Okeanos made his VCT debut in Stage 2 of 2025 and quickly became one of Leviatán’s breakout stars. His strong mechanics and fast decision making helped revive the team’s playoff hopes before their run was cut short by NRG.
Now reunited with C0M, Okeanos will look to build on his promising rookie season.
Rising Talent Bao Joins the Lineup
One of the more exciting additions is rookie Banh “bao” Nguyen, who made waves in NA tier two during 2025. He rose to prominence with M80, finishing second in VCL NA Stage 1 before the organisation withdrew from VALORANT midway through the year. He later joined SAD Esports, closing out the season with steady performances that earned him his first VCT shot with Evil Geniuses.
With strong synergy already established between bao and Okeanos from their M80 days, EG expects the duo to slot comfortably into their new system.
dgzin Brings Brazilian Firepower
To round out the roster, EG have brought in Brazilian duelist Douglas “dgzin” Silva. Despite a turbulent year that saw him go from LOUD to Team Solid, dgzin rediscovered his form at Ascension, where he played a crucial role in helping the Brazilian side finish third. His aggressive playstyle and international experience add much needed firepower to the new EG roster.
With talent from North America, South America, and a returning world champion, this is shaping up to be one of EG’s most diverse and high-ceiling rosters in years.
