The announcement was first teased on social media before being locked in during Major 1, putting an end to months of speculation around the final venue.
CDL Champs 2026 Heads Back To Las Vegas
This marks the second time the CDL Championship has taken place in Las Vegas. The 2023 edition was hosted at the Thomas and Mack Center, where New York Subliners swept Toronto Ultra 5 to 0 in the Grand Final.
For 2026, the league moves to the Michelob Ultra Arena, a 10,000-seat venue directly connected to the Mandalay Bay Resort. The arena has a proven esports pedigree, having previously hosted Evo 2022, the first Evo event held after the COVID-19 pandemic.
FaZe Vegas To Operate CDL’s Biggest Event
One notable shift for this year’s Champs is operations. It will be the first time FaZe Vegas runs Call of Duty’s largest competitive event, a major responsibility given the scale and visibility of the championship weekend.
Champs will once again feature the top eight teams from the regular season competing in a double-elimination bracket, with the title of world champion on the line. FaZe Clan remains one of the most successful organisations in Champs history, having lifted the trophy in 2021.
CDL Champs 2026 Ticket Sales And Pre-Sale Details
Fans eager to attend can sign up for pre-sale access via FaZe Vegas, with early tickets available from 10 AM CST. General ticket sales open later the same day at 3 PM CST.
With Champs confirmed for mid-July and Las Vegas once again in the spotlight, the CDL is betting on a proven destination and a large-scale venue to close out its sixth season in front of a packed crowd.
As the league looks to build momentum across its 2026 calendar, including events in Europe and the United States, Champs in Las Vegas is shaping up to be a pivotal moment for the season.
