Unlike Team Capsules, which focus on individual organisations, the Season Capsule is all about regional pride. It celebrates the International Leagues and the start of the 2026 VCT season, while also contributing financially to the teams competing throughout the year.
What Is Included In The 2026 VCT Season Capsule?
The headline item in the 2026 VCT Season Capsule is the VCT Sigil melee skin. This brand-new knife is inspired by the iconic VCT arenas around the world and comes with five total variants. Four of those are themed around each International League, while the fifth is a general VCT variant.
The VCT Sigil also features new custom animations, and there is a reactive element built in. The top-fragging player in a match will activate the Champions Aura, adding a competitive edge to the cosmetic for players who like to flex their performance.
Alongside the melee skin, the bundle includes four regional animated player cards. Each card features agents representing the International Leagues, designed to capture the energy of regional fandom. There is also the VCT 2026 Flex, a cosmetic inspired by the VCT Kickoff Trophy, giving players another way to show their support throughout the season.
Riot Games said that from animated visuals to reactive top-frag effects, every piece of the capsule is designed to feel at home on the world’s biggest competitive stages.

The 2026 VCT Season Capsule will be available in the in-game store on February 19 at 11am PT. That translates to 7pm GMT, making it a simultaneous global release for players across regions.
As with previous editions, the bundle will only be available for a limited time. Once it leaves the VALORANT store, it will not return, including through the Night Market or daily store rotation. For collectors and VCT supporters, that limited window is worth keeping in mind.

Riot Games has not officially confirmed the price at the time of writing. However, if pricing follows the 2025 Season Capsule model, players can likely expect a cost of 5,850 VP.

Masters Santiago Opens The 2026 VCT International Calendar
The announcement of the Season Capsule comes as the first international event of the year approaches. VALORANT Masters Santiago will run from February 18 to March 15, with 12 teams competing for the first global VCT title of 2026.
The tournament begins with a Swiss Stage featuring eight teams, while each region’s VCT Kickoff champion earns a direct bye into the Playoffs. The opening Swiss Stage matchups are:
- Gentle Mates vs EDward Gaming
- T1 vs Team Liquid
- G2 Esports vs Paper Rex
- Xi Lai Gaming vs NRG Esports
Fans can attend the event in person by purchasing tickets through Punto Ticket, and matches will also be streamed live on VCT’s official Twitch and YouTube channels.
