Dallas Fuel is officially back on the Overwatch esports stage. The iconic brand has revealed its full roster for the 2026 Overwatch Champions Series season, marking a major return three years after its exit from the now-defunct Overwatch League.

Owned by North American esports organisation ENVY, Dallas Fuel will begin its new chapter at the OWCS Pre-Season Bootcamp in February, setting the tone for what promises to be a closely watched comeback.

Dallas Fuel Makes Long-Awaited Overwatch Comeback

The roster announcement, shared on January 22, confirms Dallas Fuel’s return to competitive Overwatch after last fielding a team in the Overwatch League, where the organisation famously won the league championship in 2022.

Across six seasons in the franchised league, Dallas Fuel established itself as one of the most recognisable names in the scene. With ENVY recently stepping back into esports, reviving the Fuel brand was widely seen as an inevitable move.

“This is a new beginning for the most storied team in Overwatch esports history,” said ENVY owner Mike ‘Hastr0’ Rufail in a social media post welcoming the new lineup.

Dallas Fuel OWCS 2026 Roster Revealed

The 2026 roster is a blend of North American experience and South Korean discipline, aimed at competing immediately in the highly competitive OWCS ecosystem.

The North American trio includes Christopher ‘Cjay’ Smith and Rocco ‘Kronik’ Iacobacci, both joining from Spacestation Gaming after strong showings throughout 2025. Luke ‘Lukemino’ Fish rounds out the group, stepping into the OWCS after winning the Overwatch Collegiate Homecoming Fall 2025 Open with Illinois State University.

Joining them are two South Korean players with proven international pedigree. Kim ‘Kellan’ Min-jae previously represented Spacestation Gaming from January to August 2025, while Park ‘SeonJun’ Seon-jun joins from WAY, following a championship win at the G-Star Cup to close out the year.

Together, the lineup represents a clear leadership bid rather than a long-term rebuild, with Dallas Fuel aiming to be competitive from the outset.

OWCS Pre-Season Bootcamp 2026 Details

Dallas Fuel’s first official appearance will come at the OWCS Pre-Season Bootcamp, running from February 12 to 15 in Seoul, South Korea.

The bootcamp gives OWCS partner teams early access to unreleased content and the competitive build of Overwatch 2. A total of 11 partner teams will participate, alongside an invited Japanese roster, competing in a series of showmatches.

While there is no prize pool on offer, the event serves as a vital testing ground ahead of Stage 1 of the Overwatch Champions Series, which begins in March. For Dallas Fuel, it will be the first real opportunity to assess chemistry, strategies, and pacing against top-tier opposition.

A Historic Brand Returns To The Hero Shooter

Dallas Fuel’s return adds another heavyweight name back into Overwatch esports at a time when the OWCS landscape is more competitive than ever. Expectations will be high, especially given the organisation’s championship pedigree and the strength of the assembled roster.

With February’s bootcamp fast approaching and the OWCS season just around the corner, all eyes will be on Seoul to see whether Dallas Fuel’s revival can translate into immediate results.
