Set to take place on September 1st at 11AM PT / 8PM CEST, the event will feature ten women’s teams battling it out in Epic Games’ massive battle royale for their share of a $10,000 prize pool.
A New Spotlight for Women in Fortnite
Raidiant, the women’s gaming and esports platform that launched back in 2021, has been steadily building opportunities for women to compete on bigger stages. From hosting women’s Rocket League competitions that brought together amateur, pro, and collegiate talent, to now turning its sights on Fortnite, the platform has become one of the most consistent champions of women in esports.

This invitational is already gaining plenty of attention since being unveiled on August 27th, with women gamers rallying around the chance to compete. The event will see a mix of content creators and players stepping up as team captains, with spots already going to names like ShesJade and Hvk Reddysh. Players will be able to join up under these captains to complete the tournament’s roster of ten teams.
While the exact format of the Raidiant Invitational hasn’t been confirmed yet, the hype around it shows just how much appetite there is for competitive Fortnite on the women’s side.
The Raidiant Invitational is another strong step in building out that ecosystem, offering players a new stage and proving once again that the demand for women’s esports is only getting bigger.
How to Watch
Fans won’t have to wait long, as the action kicks off this Sunday. You can tune in from 11AM PT / 8PM CEST on September 1st, with Raidiant streaming the matches live.
With Fortnite still one of the most popular battle royales in the world, and women’s esports continuing to surge in 2025, the Raidiant Invitational could be one of the standout community-driven tournaments of the year.
