On June 28th 2023, yanaginagi released her track ‘Yukiharuame’ on CD as a single to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the anime series ‘My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU’.

In addition to the title track ‘Yukiharuame’, which was created specifically to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the first broadcast of the anime series ‘My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU’, the package also includes bite-size versions of the tracks ‘Yukitoki’, ‘Harumodoki’ and ‘Meguminoame’, which yanaginagi also contributed to the series.

The illustration on the jacket is a new piece of art by Ponkan⑧, who worked on the original novel. The jacket is the size of a vinyl jacket so it’s perfect for displaying at home.

yanaginagi, who took the lead in creating the three opening themes for the same series, ‘Yukitoki’, ‘Harumodoki’ and ‘Meguminoame’, reset all of her emotions surrounding this series from the past 10 years to create lyrics for this track, which imagines what would happen if the characters had just met now.

Illustrations used in the music videos for ‘Yukitoki’, ‘Harumodoki’ and ‘Meguminoame’ are scattered throughout the music video for this track in which yanaginagi herself performs, giving it a deeply nostalgic feeling of walking through the past 10 years of the anime series.

At the same time as the vinyl jacket CD was released, the content of the package commenced streaming on all platforms.
