Releasing his first original of the year, Benny Benassi once again returns with his impeccable skills for Sugar, featuring Domino.

Having already enlisted the likes of Crazy Cousinz, Varmix, Boss Doms and Riccardo Marchi for a remix on his track, LOVELIFE alongside Jeremih (which has just reached 10m streams and a place in the US Dance Radio Top 10), as well as Swedish super-duo, Galantis for a rework of his huge hit, Cinema, Benny Benassi is as thriving this year as he was when he exploded onto the scene over a decade a go.

From his debut track Satisfaction receiving a #1 across the world,  and his first album making top 20 in all parts of Europe, Benny Benassi catapulted his way into stardom. Since then he has graced the stages of some of the most renowned festivals including, Coachella, EDC, Ultra Music Festival and Tomorrowland, and demonstrated his ability to lend himself to a multitude of genres through his collaborations with the likes of Madonna, CeCe Rogers, to name a few.

Meanwhile, featured artist on the track, Domino caught Benny’s attention at age of 18.  Three years since and Domino has continued to be involved in various BB Team productions, before going onto release a rework of Jennifer Page’s Crush and Harry Styles’ Watermelon Sugar  with the team and on EGO Music last year.

Benny speaking about his work with Domino said:  “ I can still remember the day he got in touch with me and I never imagined we’d be able to end up like this. He called me asking for guidance and I thought I’d be talking to an Italian kid with American origins. Instead, I found out he was an American living in my city, speaking English waaay better than me. At the time he seemed lost and didnt know which genre would be best, or even he was up to this job. To be honest, none of us knew the answer to his questions, only time will tell. What I know for certain is that he immediately impressed me with his positive attitude, his smile and his perseverance. Today we are releasing our first song together and I want him to know that I’m proud to be part of his musical journey. Good luck Damiano, let’s keep it up!”

Having already premiered on Wednesday with Italian Radio station, M2O, Benny and Domino release Sugar on the esteemed Ultra Records,. Featuring addictive vocal hooks from Domino which soar over grooving basslines and funky synth structures, Sugar is destined to grace playlists and airwaves alikes.

Noah Lennox’s sixth solo album as Panda Bear is Buoys, due out February the 8th, 2019 on Domino.

The first song to be released from Buoys is “Dolphin”: Lennox’s bright, sincere voice front and center, with miles of space surrounding it, a guitar and some textured samples fleshing out the dubby sparseness and undercurrent of speaker-limit-pushing sub-bass low-end.

Buoys was co-produced and co-mixed by collaborator Rusty Santos in Lennox’s adopted home of Lisbon, Portugal. Lennox and Santos last collaborated on the landmark Panda Bear album Person Pitch, which had its 10-year anniversary last year.

Animated by their ongoing interest in contemporary music production techniques, Lennox and Santos envisioned something that would “feel familiar to a young person’s ears.” However, Buoys retains a deep layer of experimentation coursing through the hyper-modern production – a hallmark of Panda Bear releases that will feel intimately familiar to fans of Lennox’s decade-plus body of work.

Alongside Santos, Buoys also features collaborators in Chilean DJ / vocalist Lizz and Portuguese musician Dino D’Santiago, both artists who came to Lennox via Santos’ recent trap and reggaeton production work; the former contributes arrangements throughout the album including “Dolphin,” and both lend their vocals to “Inner Monologue.”

Buoys is the first Panda Bear release since 2018’s vinyl-only EP A Day With the Homies, and the follow-up to 2015’s kaleidoscopic full-length Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper. “The last three records felt like a chapter to me, and this feels like the beginning of something new,” says Lennox whilst surveying howBuoys relates to the estimable Panda Bear catalogue. Indeed, the forthcoming Buoys is full of fresh ideas from one of modern music’s most fascinating, innovative, and emotionally generous artists

Battle Lines, the new album from Grammy-winning duo Bob Moses, is set for release September 14th 2018 on Domino. “Back Down,” the first official single from the album, debuts today.

 Battle Lines follows the band’s acclaimed debut album, Days Gone By, featuring their worldwide hit “Tearing Me Up.” The band recorded the new album in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon, after writing and testing out new material on the road. Inspired by their time playing raves and rock clubs all over the globe since the release ofDays Gone By, Battle Lines takes a harder look at the world in which they find themselves.

“This record is about the battles and struggles we all live through,” says the duo—Vancouver-bred, Los Angeles-based Tom Howie and Jimmy Vallance—of the new album. “Battles within ourselves, battles with and within our society, battles between each other, with our loved ones, battles between ideologies. It’s also about struggling to identify where those battles lines start and end, and what within us and within our environments cause these struggles, and ultimately cause our suffering. It’s also about the struggle to reconcile with those things, somehow.”

Born from the Brooklyn underground scene in 2012, the band’s early single releases on taste-making electronic label Scissor & Thread and captivating live performances led to signing with Domino and the release of Days Gone By. A standout performance on “Ellen,” a pair of nominations at both the Junos and the Grammys (and a Grammy win), and a top 15 U.S. Alternative radio hit with “Tearing Me Up” soon followed.

Meshing guitar licks, dance-floor ambience and classic songwriting, the duo created a sound that appeals equally to club goers and rock fans. Translating their sound seamlessly to the live performance realm, years of nonstop global touring, including appearances at every major festival from Glastonbury and Coachella, to EDC, Lollapalooza and beyond—cemented Bob Moses’ reputation as a must see live act.
