Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection Coming to Switch 2 With All Seven DLC Packs

SEGA and Two Point Studios have confirmed Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, bundling the 2018 management sim with every piece of DLC the game has ever received. Publisher SEGA and developer Two Point Studios have announced Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection, which includes the hospital simulation game and all of its downloadable content, and it will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2. A firm release date has not yet been locked in.

According to Gematsu, a release date was not announced alongside the reveal, with SEGA instead describing the package as arriving “soon” across all three platforms. The announcement lands as part of Two Point Studios’ 10th-anniversary celebrations, marking a decade since the British studio opened its doors.

Seven DLC Packs Finally Reach Switch 2 in One Package

The core selling point of the Full Health Collection is completeness. Per PlayStationTrophies, the bundle brings together the 2020 hospital management game with every single paid and free DLC, including expansions that previously skipped consoles altogether. The outlet notes that several DLCs missed consoles entirely, and four released as part of the Two Point Hospital: JUMBO Edition back in 2021, meaning only a fraction of the game’s post-launch content had ever reached Switch, PS4 or Xbox One players before now.

The site adds that only the Bigfoot, Pebberley Island, Close Encounters, and Off the Grid expansions have come to console to date, meaning three DLCs will be making their console debut with this release. Rounding out the seven-expansion lineup are Culture Shock, A Stitch In Time and Speedy Recovery, plus a stack of bonus item packs collected over the years.

What’s Actually Inside the Bundle

Beyond the seven paid expansions, SEGA’s own listing for the collection frames it as a chance to “transform an empty Two Point County hospital into the most beautiful – or functional – healthcare operation around,” curing strange illnesses and managing troublesome staff. On top of the campaign content, the package folds in years of cosmetic and bonus add-ons, including a Fancy Dress Pack, Retro Item Pack, Bonus Campus Items, SEGA 60th Items, a free Zombie Costume, a Hospital Pass with Golden Toilet, Jingle Jam content and Convention-al Rug variants — extras that had previously been scattered across storefront promotions and seasonal giveaways rather than sold as one tidy set.

Two Point Studios itself leaned into the medical pun when teasing the release. As quoted by Nintendo Life, the studio’s messaging read: “Consoles have been missing Two Point Hospital DLC’s for years. We’ve just found the cure. The Full Health Collection is coming soon to Xbox X|S, PS5, and Nintendo Switch 2, injected with every piece of DLC. Stay tuned for more info!”

Original 2018 Launch Left Console Players Waiting

Two Point Hospital debuted on PC in 2018 before making its way to Switch, PS4 and Xbox One in February 2020. In the years since, most of the game’s expansion content stayed tied largely to PC, leaving console owners without access to the deeper Two Point County roster of regions, illnesses and hospital types. Nintendo Life frames the Full Health Collection as effectively closing that gap, describing it as a “bumper package” for the Switch 2 and multiple other platforms that will include Two Point Hospital and all of the DLC and “free-LC” since the title’s original release eight years ago.

That framing lines up with how Gematsu and other outlets have covered the reveal: a single console SKU meant to finally match the PC version’s content library, rather than a cut-down or partial re-release.

10th Anniversary Also Brings Free Two Point Museum Content

The Full Health Collection reveal wasn’t an isolated announcement. Nintendo Life reports that in the same week, Two Point Studios shipped the third DLC, “Arty-Facts” for Two Point Museum on the Switch 2, alongside its latest Digiverse Rift update, which sees the aquatic adventures of Dave The Diver join the fray as a free update. Two Point Museum itself grew out of the world established by Two Point Hospital, so the timing ties the older game’s console overhaul to fresh content in its spiritual successor.

For Switch 2 owners specifically, the arrival of a management sim with this much accumulated content plays to the hybrid console’s strengths as a pick-up-and-play machine for slower-paced strategy games — a genre that has traditionally done well on portable Nintendo hardware. With SEGA yet to confirm pricing or an exact launch window for Australian and New Zealand storefronts, local players will need to keep an eye on the Nintendo eShop listing once regional details follow.
