Xbox Heads to Tokyo Game Show 2026 With Minecraft Dungeons II and Modern Warfare 4

Xbox is bringing a big showing to Tokyo Game Show 2026, and it’s kicking off with a broadcast.
The Xbox Tokyo Game Show 2026 Broadcast airs 17 September at 8:00pm AEST on the official Xbox channels, so you can tune in from anywhere. It’s part of Xbox marking 20 years in Japan, and there’s real stuff on the floor to back it up.
The headline reveal is Minecraft. TGS is getting Minecraft’s first-ever show floor presence, with fans in Japan getting their first hands-on look at Minecraft Dungeons II, the next entry in the dungeon-crawler spin-off. That’s a proper get for the show.
Shooter fans are covered too. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 multiplayer will be playable at the Happinet booth, a rare chance to go hands-on with the multiplayer ahead of launch. Round it out with Xbox FanFest Tokyo for the community side.
Tokyo Game Show is one of the biggest dates on the calendar, and Xbox turning up with Minecraft Dungeons II and MW4 playable is a statement. Mark 17 September for the broadcast.
