VALORANT x POP MART Figures Revealed, 12-Agent Blind Box Series Out 25 September

The first VALORANT x POP MART figures are out in the open, and the collaboration is a blind box series of 12 chibi-style agents going on sale on 25 September. The official reveal image was shown during a VALORANT Champions Shanghai press conference streamed on Bilibili, following POP MART’s teaser for the crossover on 14 September.
The image carries POP MART’s logo alongside VALORANT’s Chinese-market branding and bills the set as the first collaborative agent figure blind box. It does not list a price, and neither Riot Games nor POP MART has said whether the 25 September date applies outside China.
The 12 Agents in the VALORANT x POP MART Lineup
The reveal shows the 12 figures posed across crates and steps in front of a Shanghai skyline. Agents recognisable in the lineup include Omen, Jett, Sage, Viper, Killjoy, Cypher and Neon, all reworked with the oversized heads and short proportions of POP MART’s chibi ranges.

A 13th figure sits on the top crate: Omen perched on a pink cushion with knitting. VALO2ASIA on X described it as the collection’s anticipated secret figure, the rarer extra that POP MART’s League collections have also included. POP MART has not officially confirmed the secret figure or its pull rate.
A Chibi Alternative to Riot’s Alpha Collection
VALORANT already has character figures through the Riot Games Store. The Alpha Collection includes agents such as Reyna, Jett, Sage, Cypher and Killjoy, with the US store listing those figures at US$34.99. The POP MART series adds a second style of VALORANT collectible rather than marking the game’s first move into physical character figures.

The format is the bigger difference for buyers. An Alpha Collection figure lets you choose your agent, while a blind box means paying before you know which of the 12 you’ll get, which suits collectors chasing a full set more than players who only want their main.
POP MART Has Worked With League Characters Since 2023
The VALORANT set follows a format POP MART has already used for League of Legends characters. That history stretches back at least to 2023, earlier than the 2025 Arcane collection.
| POP MART Release | Release Date | Format |
|---|---|---|
| League of Legends Classic Characters Series Figures | 5 May 2023 | 12 non-repeating blind boxes, with a possible secret figure |
| Fight For the Golden Spatula Chibi Series Figures | 29 November 2024 | 12 non-repeating blind boxes, with a possible secret figure |
| League of Legends: Arcane Series Figures | 25 April 2025 | Nine non-repeating blind boxes, with possible secret figures |

The VALORANT lineup matches the 12-figure count of the 2023 and 2024 League series. POP MART has not yet said whether the VALORANT boxes are non-repeating within a full set, as the League releases were.
New Zealand Already Has a POP MART Gaming Precedent
There is also a useful local precedent. POP MART operates an official New Zealand storefront, and its Fight For the Golden Spatula Chibi Series Figures II POP NOW page lists individual picks at NZ$23 with local express delivery. The page says local express orders ship from a Sydney warehouse.
That does not confirm that the VALORANT blind boxes will reach New Zealand on 25 September, or that they would sell at the same price. It does show that POP MART already has an official regional sales route for a League-linked gaming collection rather than relying only on overseas resellers.

Champions Shanghai Launch Timing
Riot’s official Champions Shanghai information confirms that the 16-team world championship runs from 24 September to 18 October. The reveal image carries Champions Shanghai and VCT 2026 branding, so the collection is now tied to the tournament, with the 25 September sale date landing on its second day.
POP MART still hasn’t announced the price or whether regions outside China will get the VALORANT blind boxes on the same date.
