Steam Achievement Leak Lists Persona 6, Kingdom Hearts 4 and More Unannounced Games

Steam appears to have exposed achievement data for dozens of unreleased and unannounced PC games, with Persona 6 and Kingdom Hearts 4 among the biggest names caught in the leak. The data surfaced through achievement-tracking site Exophase on 9 September, revealing everything from game names to achievements that may spoil story details, locations and gameplay systems.
Exophase owner x3sphere said a batch of games with achievements that should have been private became accessible through Steam’s API. Exophase then automatically scanned them, which helps explain why announced games and projects with no public reveal appeared together. The presence of achievement data still does not guarantee that every listed game will release in its current form.
What the Steam Achievement Leak Revealed
The scale goes well beyond one or two accidental listings. Reported achievement data covers major upcoming releases, suspected sequels, remasters and projects that have not been formally announced. Among the most notable names are:
- Persona 6
- Persona 4 Revival
- Kingdom Hearts 4
- Fable
- Horizon Hunters Gathering

- Kena: Scars of Kosmora
- Ace Combat 8: Wings of Theves
- Minecraft Dungeons 2
- Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3
- Professor Layton and the New World of Steam
- Star Wars Galactic Racers
- Deus Ex Remastered
- Attack on Titan 3
- Thief: The Dark Project Remastered
- Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis
- Control: Resonant
- Stranger Than Heaven
- Gears of War: E-Day
- Silent Hill: Townfall
- Mega Man: Dual Override
- Game of Thrones: War for Westeros
- Planet Zoo 2
- EA Sports FC 27
- Squadron 42
- Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition
- Dynasty Warriors 3: Complete Edition Remastered

- Last Epoch
- Toem 2
- Valor Mortis
- Road Kings
- Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival
The wider batch also points to unannounced or unreleased projects tied to Twin Peaks, Dune, The Walking Dead, Shrek, Nickelodeon and ALF, along with a Brawl Stars spin-off. Other listings reported from the same exposure include Warrior Cats: Clans of the Forest, We Were Here Tomorrow, Grave Seasons, HoloTrials: Case Covered, PGA Tour 2K27, Only Up, 4Loop, Uta Macross, Clutch and WARDOGS. PC Gamer also described imagery that may point to a Balatro follow-up, although that interpretation is less direct than a named achievement list.
Persona 6 Is One of the Most Detailed Leaks
Spoiler warning: The next two paragraphs discuss unconfirmed Persona 6 story and gameplay details from the leaked achievements.
Persona 6 stands out because the achievement list appears to reveal far more than the game’s existence. The leaked entries point to Yokohama as the setting and a group called Hex that the player joins after signing a contract. Several achievements refer to arresting perpetrators at locations including Hellrite Stage, Justiceopolis, Reverie Dreamland, Craveheart Tower, Yama’s Ledger, Enlightenment Factory and Unmasked Yokohama.
The same list suggests investigations will be a major part of the game, with achievements for creating leads during investigation meetings and recording more than 100 Notebook entries. Familiar Persona-style social systems also appear to return through Major Arcana Connections, romance, events, part-time jobs and Social Stats. Combat-related achievements mention handoffs, Bloodstruck skills, special rounds, Breaches, weapon upgrades, Spirit Crystallization, multi-Persona fusion and the return of the Reaper.
None of those details has been confirmed by Atlus. Persona 6 was teased in June 2026, but Atlus has not announced a release date. Beebom reported that Sega’s Japanese website had previously shown a 2027 window, so the leaked achievements may be tied to an active build, but they still cannot establish what will survive into the finished game.
Kingdom Hearts 4 and Other Games Also Carry Spoiler Risk
Kingdom Hearts 4 is another case where the leak appears to expose more than a title. Its achievement list reportedly reveals Disney worlds, story elements and gameplay information that Square Enix has not publicly detailed. That makes the achievement pages themselves a spoiler risk well before Square Enix has formally presented those parts of the game.
Some of the other listings may expose projects before their publishers are ready to announce them. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, Deus Ex Remastered, Attack on Titan 3, Minecraft Dungeons 2 and several licensed games fall into that category in the reports, while Thief: The Dark Project Remastered may include a new campaign titled The Tarnished Mirror.
This Is Separate From the 12TB Steam Archive Leak
The achievement leak is not the same incident as the reported 12TB Steam archive. That earlier leak involved older game builds, assets and Steam files dating from 2003 to 2013, while this new incident concerns achievement data for current and unreleased games becoming accessible through Steam’s API.

Steam Backend Data Does Not Guarantee a Release
Achievement data appearing through Steam does not amount to an official game announcement. Projects can be cancelled, renamed, reworked or left with old internal data, and achievements can change substantially before release.
That distinction matters most for the apparently unannounced games. Until Valve or the relevant publishers confirm them, names such as Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, Deus Ex Remastered and the reported Twin Peaks, Dune, Shrek and Walking Dead projects should be treated as leaked backend references rather than guaranteed releases.
Valve had not publicly explained the exposure when reports began appearing on 9 September. The reports described the list as still growing that day, meaning the known set of affected games may not yet be complete.
