Camp Manager Simulator Is a Cozy Campground Tycoon, and the Demo Is Free on PC

If your idea of a good time is a spreadsheet with a lake view, Camp Manager Simulator wants a word. It’s a relaxing, open-world campground management sim from Turkish studio Luna Games, published by Ultimate Games, and there’s a free demo on PC right now.
King of the campground
The pitch is exactly what it says on the sign. You start with a modest patch of land and slowly turn it into a sprawling campground, going from a few simple tents to cabins, caravans and bungalows. You decide where everything goes, welcome guests, assign their accommodation, keep the place clean, run the shop and handle reservations. As the business grows, you can hire staff to take the busywork off your hands.
It leans hard into the cozy-but-deep loop these games live or die on. There’s a day-night cycle and changing weather, a good chunk of customization so your site actually feels like yours, and a constant balancing act between finances, costs and prices. Keep your campers happy and the money follows, and you’ve got tools to help: activity zones like campfires, sports areas and festival stages, plus seasonal events like barbecues, fairs and music nights.

What’s in the free demo
The demo, live on PC from September 10, drops you on a small lakeside campground to learn the ropes. You’ll pitch tents, take in guests, keep the site tidy, manage reservations and run the shop, which is the core loop in miniature. The full version promises more areas, tools, employees, activities and mechanics stacked on top.
Key features, straight from the studio: become the king of campgrounds, build and grow your business, manage your finances, staff and resources, take good care of your campers, and open activity zones to host events.

When you can play the full thing
The full version is set to launch on PC via Steam in Q4 2026, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions following in 2027. It’s single-player only, and it’s launching with a genuinely wide net of language support.
Cozy management sims are having a real moment, and this one picks about the comfiest theme going. The demo is the smart play: a free, low-commitment way to find out whether wrangling reservations by a lake is your kind of relaxing. You can try the Camp Manager Simulator demo on Steam now.
