PARIVISION Win Dota 2 Esports World Cup 2026, Beat BetBoom 3-1 for $750,000 in Paris

PARIVISION are champions of the Dota 2 Esports World Cup 2026 after beating regional rivals BetBoom Team 3-1 in the grand final on 19 July, taking $750,000 of the $2 million prize pool and 1,000 Club Championship points. It is the Eastern European side’s second Tier 1 title of the 2025-2026 season, and it makes them the clearest favourites heading into The International 2026 next month.

They dropped just three games across the entire tournament to get there.

How the Grand Final Went

BetBoom came out swinging, bulldozing PARIVISION in 48 minutes behind an aggressive draft led by Matvey “MieRo” Vasyunin’s Timbersaw and Ilja “Kiritych” Ulyanov’s Clinkz. MieRo finished the opener with nine kills and five assists, Kiritych with five kills and four assists for one death.

Game two was the series. Both sides drafted similarly, two aggressive melee cores making space for a ranged third while the supports contributed damage and control from range. PARIVISION fielded Lifestealer for Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov, Invoker for Volodymyr “No[o]ne” Minenko, Centaur Warrunner for Evgeniy “Noticed” Ignatenko, Rubick for Naltakyan “9Class” Edgar and Hoodwink for Andrey “Dukalis” Kuropatkin, against BetBoom’s Kiritych on Drow Ranger, Danil “gpk” Skutin on Earth Spirit, MieRo on Largo, Vitalie “Save-” Melnic on Windranger and Vladislav “Kataomi`” Semenov on Bane. BetBoom took three early kills on Satanic and looked better positioned for the late game, but PARIVISION pulled away from the 30-minute mark, repeatedly outmanoeuvring them while No[o]ne dominated teamfights, and levelled the series after a 62-minute grind. No[o]ne finished with 12 kills and 16 assists for three deaths.

From there it was one-way traffic. PARIVISION stomped game three in 41 minutes for a 32-16 kill lead and a 2-1 series lead, No[o]ne posting 10 kills and 13 assists on Puck while Satanic added 13 kills and eight assists on Tiny. Game four was the most lopsided of the lot, a 29-7 kill lead in 36 minutes, with Satanic top of the board on Lifestealer at nine kills and eight assists, 9Class clean on Keeper of the Light with five kills and 12 assists, and No[o]ne on Pangolier taking a game-best 15 assists for one death.

Noticed took tournament MVP honours and a $25,000 bonus, averaging a 3.8-2.3-12.3 kills-deaths-assists line across the grand final, while Satanic led PARIVISION with 38 total kills over the series.

The Road to the Final

PARIVISION entered as one of the two biggest favourites alongside Team Yandex, and topped Group C with a 9-1 record, going a perfect 8-0 across the first four days by sweeping Vici Gaming, MOUZ, REKONIX and Team Nemesis. Their only dropped game of the group stage came in a 1-1 draw with defending champions Team Spirit, and they still earned a direct berth to the playoffs.

BetBoom took the longer route, finishing second in Group A on 8-2 after sweeping Xtreme Gaming, GamerLegion and Poor Rangers, with 1-1 draws against group winners Team Falcons and surprise package Rune Eaters Esports sending them to the Survival Stage, where they swept LGD Gaming to advance. In the playoffs, PARIVISION ended Rune Eaters’ Cinderella run in the quarterfinals while BetBoom routed Nigma Galaxy, then BetBoom swept Vici Gaming in the semifinals and PARIVISION outlasted Yandex in a series many considered the real grand final. Yandex took third place with a 2-0 win over Vici Gaming, Ilya “CHIRA_JUNIOR” Chirtsov averaging a 9.0-1.5-11.5 line.

The Format and What Comes Next

The Dota 2 event ran from 7 to 19 July at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles with 24 teams, and served as the final championship of the ESL Pro Tour, now in its fourth season. It split into three phases: a group stage from 7 to 12 July with four groups of six playing a single round-robin of best-of-two matches, a Survival Stage on 14 and 15 July, and playoffs from 16 to 19 July. Group winners went straight to the playoffs, second through fourth place entered the Survival Stage’s single-elimination bracket for the remaining four playoff spots, and the bottom two in each group were eliminated. Playoff matches were best-of-three except the best-of-five grand final.

This was the last Tier 1 tournament of the 2025-2026 Dota 2 season before The International 2026 in August, and with many of the same teams already qualified, it doubled as a preview of the fight for the Aegis of Champions. PARIVISION’s title is their second at that level this season after DreamLeague Season 29 in May, both coming since Clement “Puppey” Ivanov took over as coach in January. BetBoom, for their part, head to TI 2026 as one of the biggest contenders despite the defeat.
